Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Sweet Bee Crystals. Currently returns, refunds, and replacements are not available. Please understand that crystals and minerals are formed from the Earth and may have natural imperfections. If you are unhappy with your crystal(s) please reach out and let us know.

Once your package is out of our hands and with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery. Thank you for understanding that we do our best to protect the crystals in transit with bubble wrap, fragile stickers, etc. We have no control on how the post office and fulfillment/delivery employees treat the package.

If something happens to your package in transit, I can provide the information you need to file a claim, etc. But I am not responsible for doing it for you.
